Requirements:

• At least one year of previous LPN/RN patient care experience
• Available to work at least 1-2 shifts a week and up to full time

Credentials Needed to Apply:

• SC or Multi state licensed Nurse
• Current CPR/BLS certificate (<2 years old)
• 2 Step PPD (skin test) within the last year OR chest x-ray within 5 years
• Immunization Record (including MMR and Varicella)
• Current COVID Vaccination Card
